We want you to be completely satisfied with your Air Aura purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable UK law.
14-Day Right to Cancel
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period at: helpeaura@airauraofficial.com
Return Conditions
Please return products with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging. If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced, we may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not apply where the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at helpeaura@airauraofficial.com and include your order number and photographs where possible. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory deadline.
